Consultation and Proposal
We will meet with you and discuss your goals; expectations and how to receive the maximum return on investment for your home improvement dollars. We will go over our 8-step, home staging process while walking through the home as a buyer would and gathering those all-important “first impressions.” If time allows, we will visually give you a quick demonstration of the difference home staging makes by transforming a room of your home, and giving you the photos to use in your marketing efforts. We will end with a proposal based upon the amount of work needed in order to gain a speedy sale and the highest dollar amount for your home.

“Top Ten” Priority Report:
The “Top Ten” Priority Report is for homes that are well on their way to being staged and just need extra direction. This customized report focuses on the ten most important things the seller should do right away to increase the value of their home to obtain a faster sale.

“Do-It-Yourself” Manual:
The “Do It Yourself” (DIY) Manual is an extensive, 30+ page reports detailing all of the actions the Finally Home & Redesign Consultants would take to transform your home. We give you the expertise so you can supply the energy and take the time to do improvements and staging yourself. Perfect for the “For Sale by Owners.”

Home Staging: Half Day / Whole Day
The Finally Home Staging & Redesign Consultants will be working from our 8-step Action Plan we began in the consultation, to make dramatic transformations to the main areas of the home. We will use your furniture and accessories first in order to complete the look of each room. You won’t believe the difference a day can make! You’ll walk away with a show-ready home, photos for your agents marketing efforts, and visuals of purchases you can make to complete the look. (Less than 2,000 sq. ft is half day, over 2,000 sq ft is whole day).

Vacant Home Staging:
Finally Home Staging Consultants handle everything from start to finish! Our goal will be to add enough home furnishings in order to give the space a warm, comfortable feel that gives the buyer a frame of reference. We spend about 4 hours reviewing the home, diagram, measure rooms, and map out furniture and plan accessories for maximum impact. We coordinate with our furniture rental partners to select the perfect pieces to show case your home. We spend a full day staging the home and when it sells, we will de-stage it. This service will help the home sell faster and will add thousand of dollars to the home’s value.

New Listing OR Open House Staging Weekend:
This service is perfect for the house that is just about to go onto the market OR have an Open House in order to make a great first impression! The Finally Home Staging & Redesign Consultants will spend two full days prior to that weekend using their expertise transforming the house so that it becomes more attractive to potential buyers, sells quickly and for more money. Inexpensive purchases go a long way in changing the look of a room. We know where to go and even get “Designer Discounts” off of what we purchase for you. This service is a great investment for the home seller.

Interior Redesign:
Want a new look for your home…or just one room, but you don’t know where to begin? This is the service for you. The goal of Redesign is to use your existing furnishings, limited funds, practical creativity and expertise to transform your home to become a more attractive, comfortable reflection of who you are.
